F30s Modular Digital Microscope with Full HD 60fps Performance

Optimized for Optical Inspection of Moving Objects

The system’s standard optics with 1.9 – 56x magnification (24” monitor) are comparable to common inspection microscopes. If further magnification is needed, a wide range of +1, +2, +3, +5 and +10 diopter Macro Lenses can be added to magnify up to 170x.

Thanks to its 60fps video and fast optics, F30s provides an excellent image of fast moving object with rich colour and minimum glare.

Remote Control Consoles

A wide range of remote controls are available for further adjustments of camera and lens attributes, including zoom, brightness, lens aperture size (iris), manual focus, white balance and various filters. Features such as the zoom factor display, cross-hair overlay on live image, and memory settings and quick recalls can be turned on.

All Inspectis remote controls can be equipped with foot pedals for hand-free control of zoom or image brightness.

Configurable for In-Line Inspection

Thanks to its excellent durable single-cable design and low weight, the F30s is suitable for in-line optical inspection and quality control tasks.

Together with Inspectis industrual grade XY-travel stands, the optical system can be easily adapted to existing SMT production lines over the convayer belt.

INSPECTIS© software is pre-calibrated for F30s optics and provides powerful capture, measurements and analysis tolls such as image/video/audio capture, image comparisons, overlays on live image (crosshair, ruler, grid, graticules), timer controlled interval display, time-lapse video recording, focus stacking, annotations, drawings and reporting.
